We are a community inspired studio offering a varitey of fun, strenuous, light-hearted classes to keep you and your family feeling fit, inspired & great!

Currently you will find Nia Classes (cardio dance fitness) as well as Pilates Reformer & Tower, Zumba, Shimmy & Shine Dance Fusion, Latin Dance & more!
